Anyone else having problems to connect to the site?

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

I have no clue what that means.
I've tried to clear the cache, forced the page to refresh, tried to change IP, rebooted the computer.
I do not have any router, so there's nothing that blocks the site.
