Can resource boost spawn on any armor and wep?

Sword or staff
Shield
plate
Glove
Boot
Hat

I have resource boost gems (level 30), let me know if you need these. Selling for 2 million avabur gold each or 15fg each.

not resource boost, but have a pretty good artifact sword at lvl 30, 1361 dmg + stats..

Looking to get a set of gear for harvesting resources, only stat that matters is resource boost.

I need the gear before I buy gems cause u can't put lvl 30 gems in anything lower

How about this: while you are crafting items for people, and resource gain pops up on an item.... Sell that item to me and I will pay for mats for you to re-que it for the customer, wire said customer 1mil for the extra wait, and pay you 10mil on top...
