An announcement message from today mentioned Vysn has created a deadline of the 27th to release crafting.
I am excited to see a new content update after so long.

It's nearly time to see if buying all of those materials has paid off.

Too long have they flooded the market. When they actually serve a purpose, they will surge with people trying to make gold. Prices will drop drastically.

I imagine it will be similar to the pricing of resources after housing was released.
Prerelease price was 40ish.
Immediately after release it was between 100 and 150, depending on who was merching at the time.
Now they have settled at 50.

I suspect that these will be worth more- Gandor stated that one action will use up one material/fragment, and currently no actual way to get them from except drops etc

Vysn posted that he fears a number of things with regards to the update.
Namely that people will complain about not have enough materials, they will complain about there not being a Craftron and, most interestingly to me, they will complain that you will not be able to kill or gather at the same time as crafting. I assumed it would be a timed process like building parts of your house, but it seems like crafting will be a stamina based action.
