This is your misconception, duncan did not make a mistake in his view, he unbanned blitz because he decided that blitz had not known about the partyplanner situation, he then reiterated ANY FURTHER TRADES WITH PARTY PLANNER WILL BE A PERMANENT BAN.
I am not SJW'ing i am protecting people from unknowingly trading partyplanner and getting perm banned.
As far as vsyn is concerned everyone is already warned.

If people actually read the EULA/TOU they would know that trading in such a way can get them banned.

Besides, what the fuck is the point of having avabur on jsp if people cant trade fg for avabur stuff, thats the entire fucking point of jsp, trading FG for other games content; Which by definition for almost 100% of all games, violates EULA/TOU.

If you actually read the eula you would know that in trading is perfectly legal and that they can not be banned for it.
You have no idea what you are talking about.
People can buy anything in any amount from non banned users with no issues.
People can sell anything within reason, if the staff decide your account is only for cross trade selling you will be banned.

Your argument is that party is trading avabur content for RWC, which is false.

He is trading it for FG, which is a digital currency, like bitcoin, that can be purchased with RWC, so it inherently has intrinsic and REAL value, thus by definition, is making a profit VIA selling avabur content, which is a licenced property, and why it violates the EULA and TOU.

With that said, anyone who sells any avabur content for FG, by your definition, should be banned from avabur.

Which brings me back to my previous point, what the fuck is the point of having avabur on jsp if people cant trade avabur content for fg.

Again, you have no idea what you are talking about, Avabur on these forums IS duncan, he trades here all day in fg, pm him if you need clarification of the rules, i do not have the time to teach you.
Vsyn has openly stated multiple times that trading for fg is not against the rules.

You don't have the time to teach yourself or the mind to accept sound/true/real/accurate information from a person who actually knows a thing or two about EULA's and actually takes the time to fucking read them before clicking accept.

your own guildies got banned on avabur i know many of them and play games with them please be nice plague fear

we trade at our own risk just like on path of exile avabur has nothing to do with ingame ive confirmed this with a few mods we trade at our own risk

so please be nicer mate what have i done to you
