The proof is the rules of the game, which are one click away, and the picture i posted where duncan states that trading partyplanner is a ban because he is perm banned.
Two people are required to complete a trade, and if one of them is party planner both will be banned.

No ones been perm banned, seems to me duncan made an honest and simple mistake, yes as hard as it is to believe, mods can be and often are wrong.
