Vsyn is the one who said Partyplanner is banned and that trading him is a ban.
The OP is being unbanned because i spoke to duncan on his behalf, and i told the staff team that blitz did not know about the situation.
Duncan has stated that that unban is the last and that any further trading with party planner will not be able to be appealed.

The issue is partyplanner's rule breaking, his multiple accounts and ban evasion.
People buying off of him are supporting his behavior in the eyes of the staff team.

I do not have anything to gain here, if pp was legit i would buy off of him.
I just do not want to see any further bans.

yes sir but the staff team on avabur has nothing to do with jsp

we trade at our own risk many users have gotten banned for selling gold they wont stop me unless jsp tells me i have to stop i have contact mediators about this situation to see if i can continue selling

Which is why i had my topic closed, its at own risk, i do feel that people should know that being caught trading with you is a 100% perm ban.
After that its their own decision.

If people read the EULA/TOU they would already know the risks.
