How you know what others are paying? The guy making first post did ask if 1m as payment is ok and then a questionmark and we solved the deal through PM instead of spamming the thread.
All deals are different and it's all about supply and demand. If you look on the market you will see how much crafting material cost now and compare that to what they did cost a few days ago.
Go look at avabur own forum and you will find people charge 5m for fee + 200k per item level. But guess you will get your item sooner or later.
Doesn't mather if you offer me 10m now, wont make deals with people like you in the future that have no clue what they talking about.
Guess i can post a few items i've done so far to show people the items that can be yours!
