So I purchased the $120 something founders pack a while back, and was just recently able to install and play the game a few days ago.
It shows on my main character that the item was delivered in my mailbox, but it wont give it to me, let me click on it, or anything.
I'm not sure if it's a glitch or level req, but it's getting frustrating after paying so much, only getting a title. Which did apply, so the game knows I got it.

Has anyone else had any issues?

Have you tried claiming it in character select screen? I don't have founders pack.
However some items that come in your account mailbox are to be claimed there.
I.E purchasing an extra character slot.

Originally, I had to go into my account settings. There was a tab where you could apply a code, so the benefits didn't activate until that was activated. Not sure if that helps but good luck.

did you get the outfits on your main character, or are you literally not getting ANYTHING.... Like RealHD said some items will stay until used, like character slots and appearance changes.
