where is the best place to get one?

im level 43 and want to upgrade my sword but i dont have the gold required

Get to lvl 45 and do your dailies. You can do them at 43, but you are likely to not have enough hp to survive them until you have at least the profane soul shield.

currently i have the sacrifice set infernal lords oath

16k hp blade master

They are crafted by the merry potters. You have to craft or buy one can't find one I don't think.

Farm insignias in MW and get Moonwater Soul Shield,
should put you around 33k+ Health.
Only takes around 2 hours to farm it.

And get your last two levels before upgrading and stuff, should only take 2 hours max.
