Cash shop currency untradeable? Obviously you buy the item the other guy wants, trade it to the med. Simple as that.

Cash Shop items are usually untradeable, so if you were to send it to a mediator there would be no way for them to send to the buyer.
Gifting is the only way items from cash shops are generally sent to others and it's a 1-way High Risk deal that essentially involves real money.
If certain items were however tradeable after purchase from the Cash shop, those specific items could become exceptions since you could get them in game using the games trade systems.

Like i mentioned i haven't played TERA so i don't know about it's cash shop.
my assumption would be that the items are tradeable, meaning people could buy them for igg too and be traded safely within the games trade systems? (probably why there's TONS more igg topics than EMP ones, there's also closed EMP topics too i noticed)
Therefore likely a small exception.
Since Ncoin isn't tradeable in any way aside from the possible NCoin - Gold/vice versa marketplace (items in the shop are untradeable)
