Turn them in at your factions camp for each of the soul shield pieces

Go get Crit % greens and use them.
Will help ya out alot.

Then start running Harbor.
DONT FORGET TO GET WALL WALKING!!! Like my dumbass did or you cant pass to the second boss.

I am running blackram harbour now . Just gotta get enough money to level my shit to siren level .
