Saryn is very solid for survivals you don't really need anything else.
But.
Well best one for high lvl missions is Nidus with his passive and some stacks you are basically immortal. And i would take him in missions with 300+ enemy lvl. Make you stack and you can't die. You need good weapons tho since his abilities don't do much dmg.
In low lvl ones i guess Equinox is good, one of few frames that have that "passive" kill aura with it's black form 4th ability. You just need to press 4 and run. You can also form time to time unload nuke on enemies by pressing 4 (each kill acumutates dmg that is released).
Another good option is Mesa with her 4th you just stand and kill things very fast. It's not passive tho you need to look around and press shot button, but yeah you just stand and kill everything around you.
