I think PS4 plat is gonna be more expensive than PC plat because of the supply (/demand). Do you get a login bonus, like 25%/50%/75% discount when buying plat, when you login on PS4?
Now and then you do, yes. Also, the rate seems to be the same actually, just not as many sellers on JSP I think is all. PS4 is pretty kicking though so far, and I'm glad for that as my brother doesn't have a rocking PC like me so we've got a way to play it with ease. (Other than PSN sucking balls with NAT type issues and voice chat)
