This sorc has been around for years by the name of "Rivals" One of the best blizzard sorcs i've ever seen and will never die to another cold sorc

Easily breaks 18k blizzard dammage + max block/dr and hundreds of -res this char will 1 hit most characters and hits all the necessary cast and hit recovery break points
