I did many level services and so far I have received no (8) report. I've always stayed clean, all my keys are legit from blizzard and none of my accounts got banned in recent ban waves.
This time Blizzard is really banning bot users, account with dirty ip and keys, that's why vpn is not recommended now. However I don't think blizzard can tell if an account is bought or not, level service itself shouldn't be a problem as long as everything is clean.
