for what? zealers dont need frw or fcr. Chargers can benefit from frw (not essential) and dont benefit from fcr. smiters, hdins, foh dont need visionary. Sorry but your circ doesnt fit well with itself. all the mods arent beneficial to any one build, thus it can never be #1 for any one build as a #1 item has all mods beneficial for the build its being used on.
