Its about worthless cause its about 0 dmg the cold is only for the slow, I did hear that shock dmg from melee or maybe it was fire gave a slight stun in pvp, but otherwise this is not something anybody would want.

For novelty item is about all it would be, its about 100% useless to any true pvper.

Dont listen to that.

Its P Cold Damage I believe.
Light maxes out at 1-42 (When it has things other then just light damage) But 2-99 if Solo

Its not worth a fortune but PM picker he has been iso ele charms in the past he might want this. In the least he will know a good ball park for its value

Post it in a stand alone topic with 10-20Cold / 1-28Light Dam Sc title.

Could even prove to be worth more FG then youd be expecting
