nothing can be upgraded NL anymore..cant uo rare weps armors or any uniqes rightnow at all period NL..did they patch upping on nl on reset?

negative.. found a 40ias 291ed max/min/ar eth crystal sword i was gunna up to PB it wont budge. tried rare armors it wont work. tried to upgrade garbage junk bloodfists and that wouldnt budge either.. exceptional or elite isnt working for rares nothings working for uniqes either as far as exceptionals go. unless my shits tweakin but i cant upgrade.e.

just upgraded rare belt into rare mesh belt. make sure ur recipe is correct on armor types
