not many ppl want to make a new account just for the name.

Accounts are no longer allowed to be sold. An account like Anime has probably already been double regged due to the flawed email recovery system associated with Battle.net. I would avoid any words which are common and/or dictionary words, just to be safe against double reg.

It has been patched actually but yes an illegal trade.
