Does %mana steal work in pvp? I know leach works with minions like wolves, etc but what about pvp? In know life leach doesn't.

Life leach and mana leach does work in pvp, but at a lower rate (20% of the amount you have, considering you r playing a hell game), so if u have like 20%LL/20%ML, you will steal only 4% and so on...

Mana and life leach do not work in pvp
