He told me that it can only now be 2 10% fcr 75+ Life

only crafted ammys with 20 fcr are caster, because caster has 5-10 fcr and can get 10 fcr mod

only ammys with >60 life are blood crafted which can get 10 fcr mod but don't have the 5-10 fcr base to achieve 20
