The mistake only affected Mac users. Windows users that were closed were done so appropriately and won't be reopened.


The process of reinstating wrongly closed Mac accounts is taking longer than expected but it should be done within the next few hours I'm told.

check your acc, they unbanned what they just did, they banned all mac users and a few pc users

everything should be set back to normal

They banned people who used a.mac by accidents

Mac user here... back in both accounts. Still this whole experience left a very bad taste in my mouth with this game. As if I should just go buy COD for xbox or wait for the new destiny 2 raid to be released.
