This is a really sweet jewel.. Can anyone confirm that small amounts of fire damage can cause stun in melee attacks?

If you use this in an item with base enhanced damage it will work
if yo use it in an item with 2 sockets, the first being enhanced damage with no min, or max, then followed by this jewel it will also work.

The can be tested more throughly by anyone with a random jewel with any % ed and any fire damage.

afaik fire damage is not effected the same as min or max, because the jewel has both min and max it is possible that the jewel will be completely bugged unless socketed into a weapon or a paladin shield with base enhanced damage
