It's 1 socket yes. Most 5bo Visos 98-120 or whatever defense with life normally go for around 1-1.2k (If Arreats Style)

+5 Bo
+4 Shout (GG with the high defense)
+3IS Which only helps your ww speed. Also frees up that point to add into iron skin or shout if you're below 98 :).
I'm always willing to negotiate prices as well.
