and wouldn't said boots not exist because of previous patches?
The only good erep boots worth using, I sold and they passed hands so many times I dont know who has them now.

What he means is, boots cannot spawn with strength on them, the odds of you finding these boots are like 1 in a 100000 and if you do, they'll be alot.

best you can hope for is high def and 9 dex


if you need anything more out of your eth rep boots might as well use treks

I'm assuming you'll be wanted high defense erep?

Fire res
Light res
Cold res
Dex (9 is cap)
Mana (life can only spawn on crafts)
Replenish durability

That is 7 mods, 6 is max so you got to drop 1 mod
