Some quick math:
If your bot farmed one rare eth berserker axe every second, probability-wise it would take 1193046 hours, 49710 days, or 136 years. Assuming you can find a normal or exceptional version and upgrade, still 45 years, and double that to find two exact copies.
You're calculating chances for getting two exact/pre-defined items while I'm talking about chances to get
any items that will share same name/stats. I. e., I was not aiming on getting precisely Beast Scythe, it just happens to "pop out" and it just happens to be second (third+ ?) axe of that kinda around. But if I'll aim on getting another Beast Scythe then, yes, it'll take way more time. It's more probable that I'll get another 29x/40 BA than one more Beast Scythe... and that another BA will match to some others version of that item because my guess is that
all items ever possible already been generated in last 10+ years with army of bots farming 24/7. If you can't find some 450/2os/40ias/fast-rep/++/++ weapon... then most likely it simply doesn't exists at all because it's impossible to be generated with current game mechanics -- while mix of affixes itself are theoretically possible it'll limited by 2^32 value after all.
