That rule that ethereal non indestructible items are bm seems like a lame excuse in the first place. It's pretty much saying "you need to spend thousands of fg to be a gm duelist, else you can stick with your sub-optimal gear"

Yes, indeed. It's very traumatizing.

I feel bullied even. This guy threatening me and pushing about his 2014 status on me. It's intimidating and unfair.
