God damn those are nice... Stygian's 7 fps ias requirement is 133, so -40 = 93. Making it the same as GMB Faith ias requirement.

In my opinion, Stygians are the best jav weapons because of there easy to hit 8 fps requirement which is 72. Super easy to hit with Diamond Faith setup and very high damage. These you can use with either setup which is even better.

Best javs on East in my opinion.
