I was going to gift d4 ultimate to another jsp user. We have trade and everything from post in battle.net section of the site.

He or she will Def be allowed in the beta correct?

That's pretty much why they are buying the game for fg and I defiently do not want this person mad at me.

Any info that gives me a guarantee would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Savage,

Gifting the game does allow the user who was gifted the game beta access unless your battle.net account was flagged for violating TOS, but I highly doubt that has happened as you’ll see notifications involving the violation.
