I'm using google chrome on windows 10. I've tried clearing the permissions in app and re applying the settings on JSP but nothing working.

yeah tried. no luck. also cleared all settings for notifications in browser and reapplied the jsp settings.

fixed it. windows had a do not disturb setting on.
