Been wanting to ask this for a while. I have an old account on here and I no longer have email access to recover it I do know my old user name and my join date. Can an admim please get in touch with me on how on this account I use now have my due date changed to my old account, if that is possible.

The only way to recover your account is via the recovery link I gave you below. You must provide many account information. Only the account owner can know. List all the e-mails that come to you mind that you have ever used, enter the orb's you have, amount of donation, paypal account, etc.
Provide any information regarding your account that you consider relevant and may assist you in recovering it.

This is not an automatic system. Each such notification is manually checked by the administrator.

There is no other way to recover your account. Only forum administrators have access to information such as payments or e-mail address for which the account was registered.

I get this for a response.
The contact email you entered has already been used to register an account. You must provide a valid email address that is not currently attached to any user on d2jsp. I do not have access to the email under old account anymore. I just wanted to know if there is any way to reflect my actual join date on this account to match the old one.

Unfortunately, there is no other way to recover your account than ,recover link. You must try again, trying to provide as much relevant information as possible. Follow the guide I gave you in the previous post.
