Can someone tell me how many points in dex I must have to gain max block rate 75% ?

It's been two time i respect and I does'nt seem to chance anything

I have 150 dex now, should I put like 250 ?

I use 2 claws, mosaic build

Do I need to but more points in weapon block skill ?
