Yes, there are several ways to control fans on your computer. Here are a few methods:

1) BIOS settings: Most modern motherboards come with built-in BIOS settings that allow you to adjust fan speed and monitor CPU temperatures. You can access these settings by pressing a specific key during startup, such as F2 or Delete, depending on your motherboard.

2) Fan control software: There are several third-party fan control software programs available that allow you to adjust fan speed and monitor temperatures from within your operating system. Some popular options include SpeedFan, HWMonitor, and Open Hardware Monitor.

3) Fan controllers: Fan controllers are hardware devices that allow you to adjust fan speed and monitor temperatures. They are typically installed in a 5.25-inch drive bay and connect to the motherboard via a cable. Some popular options include the NZXT Grid+ V3 and the Corsair Commander Pro.

Glad to hear you go it!

Fan's are a few dollars and easy to replace, I definitely recommend replacing it to keep your cooling up though :)

This ^

If a fan is making noises, it can cause some damage/problems. Replace it = no noise, and it’s cools better after. It can be a small stone or anything

Just remember to un plug before you replace it and I will highly recommend a mat for it. When you replace it, because of static electricity. That our human body can provide when we touch electronics. If you don’t know what it is, ask any computer expert. They can help you or even better, maybe lend you one
