There is one guy on d2r and I am following his posts and he didn't stop for like 4 days, he has a comment for every 30 minutes which is impossible as a human and he still continues to do.
I just want to learn is it legal or not?

Also, to answer your question, it is not legal, you cannot use any automation or third party applications in conjunction of this site.
