I need help recovering my old JSP account.
I tried using the tool twice but it always gets denied directly, i doubt someone has taken a look at it. With who can I correspond to retrieve my account?

You can be assured that every request (and also every denial) is reviewed by hand and one by one. If your recovery failed, that means you haven't provided enough proof that you're the original owner of the account you're trying to recover.

Make sure you provide all kind of information in regards to that account that only the original owner can know - like larger FG transactions, FG purchasements, payment methods for those, a list of possible email addresses that were used for the registration if you don't know it anymore, etc.

The only way to recover your account is via the recovery link I gave you below. You must provide many account information. Only the account owner can know. List all the e-mails that come to you mind that you have ever used, enter the orb's you have, amount of donation, paypal account, etc.
Provide any information regarding your account that you consider relevant and may assist you in recovering it.

This is not an automatic system. Each such notification is manually checked by the administrator.

There is no other way to recover your account. Only forum administrators have access to information such as payments or e-mail address for which the account was registered.
