So D2R loads up fine, I get to online character screen.

As soon as I go to create a character my program crashes and it doesnt give me an error.

My drivers are up to date, my windows is updated.

Can anyone shed some insight as to how I fix this problem please?

its weird because last season this laptop worked, and it crashes if I go to make a charactetr, or join lobby

Does your pc meet the minimum requirements to run the game?

Its a laptop, and indeed it does, I was running it no problem last season as my boer to my main pc

Are you playing on a true windows computer or a mac running a virtual windows program?

I've heard this in general as a problem after patch 2.4 running a virtual windows.

this might be it, but it worked amazing for ladder 1 and 2
