so, i got 2 bugged belts and when i posted them, they were taken down for "excessive off-topic posts."

what does this mean? the one post had ONE comment on it and the other, like 5?

I have also had this happen to me a few times, and in General Chat, of all places.

How can a topic in GC have off-topic posts? :wacko:

Same.

And it seems to be applied very inconsistently. They seem to close some threads but not others even though the threads are very similar in terms of responses.
