A friend/guild member has forgotten his d2jsp account password, when he tries to recover his password from jsp he says he is not receiving the password recovery email anymore although he has previously received the email password recovery before with his same email when he previously forgot his password. Who should I contact for him to recover his account. He said he’s tried both recovery methods already. He said he has proof that he has gotten a previous email for a password recovery sent to his email that was register under his jsp account.
He also says that every few months he doesn’t log into jsp for some reason his actual password doesn’t work anymore although he has it written down. He says there’s no way his password could change.
