thank you sir for clarification. I actually applied for account recovery 2-days ago and was rejected, maybe the information I provided was not sufficient. I applied again trying to provide more information on my old account, I havent received an email yet for my second application.

I actually still have my account confirmation email that received from d2jsp in 2005. If I provide screenshots of my registration emails that I recieved back in the day to my hotmail, can this help with the recovery process of my 18year old account?

Your advice is much appreciated, I really want to recover my OG account.
