So can someone give me the steps i'm to take on the bnet website to contact tech support, they ask for you to upload a file on here:

and yet i don't have any files to upload

They request your DXDIAG & MSINFO files.

In order for you to get said files, you can do the following:

1) Hit your Windows Key & R
2) A box called Run should pop up
3) Type DXDIAG and MSINFO (separately) and save those files to your desktop.

Those are the 2 files you need to upload for your Ticket.

How do I save both files at the same time? You’re supposed to do them at the same time right?

No, save the separately. You have to upload them separately where it says upload DXDIAG and upload MSINFO

i got the dxdiag one done, but then i can't follow these directions:

In the System Information window, click System Summary, File, then Export.

there is no, "file" option to hit. this is for the msinfo32 one

Top left corner, under File you should see Export. Click Export, choose desktop and name it MSInfo like they request. Upload that file.
