It looks like running but It doesnt do anything, keyboard, mouse and monitor are off but computer looks fine

You can try doing a CMOS reset.

I had the same issue long time ago with an old computer. Found that 1 of the RAM sticks was bad. Just like you, once I found out which one it was and removed it, the PC ran fine.
