What constitutes >4 topics in the "top 50"? 4 topics in the last 50 topics with new replies?

I've seen a user post new topics every 5-10 minutes (upwards of 5+ per hour), often with the same iso/ft but slightly modified after getting part of what they needed from their last topic. Instead of making 1 iso/ft list, they're also making topics for every few items they need/sell.
Because this is D2R SCL, topics get moved past the top 50 quickly, but it's still spam isn't it?
They're also early bumping within minutes but no action taken that I can see.

I've reported their posts as I see them but nothing's been done and they're still doing it, days later.

Did you have* more than 4 on the top 50?

The issue here is you can not spam the topic section it mostly d2r section has a limit of 4 to prevent people from posting every item they own.

Reason you got report by someone or seen by med to avoid this, try to count if you got more then 4 posts in last 4 hours you will be fine.

No, however some subforums are fast-moving that it's easy enough to re-post a few minutes later while still staying out of the top 50 (assuming top 50 are the 50 most recently posted in topics). It feels like an easy loophole to get around.



What I meant to say is I have seen and reported this behavior about someone else, but nothing's been done and they've continued to do it for the last few days. I have seen 5+ new topics per hour on some days, spaced out 5-10 minutes apart.

look at the top 50 topics, if you have 4 or less in that you are good to go.

make 10000 topics in 10 mins if u want but make sure u only have 4 or less in top 50 or risk report/closure

Thanks for the clarification, as I thought so...that's an easy loophole around early bumping with topics like:

"iso x y z items"
"iso x y items"
"iso x z items"

but posted 5-10 minutes apart each

That would still be considered bypassing the early bump rule if it's done within 4 hours from their last bump.



Please keep using the report button if you see violations within a topic.

Thanks for the info. I'd reported so many posts about the same user over the last few days without result that I was about to give up on it.
Good to know I can PM trading staff directly for frequent violations.
