so when I was about to trade, I got this notification

I activated mobile auth now (I think it was already but it wasnt used) and I still get that msg

do I need to wait days to trade without any restriction?

Are you getting it with every trade or is it with a particular user only?

Could it be that the other trader doesn't have authenticator enabled, both users need it enabled to be able to shorten the hold period to 3 days.

dont know about the new stuff and or if the edited the rules
if you didnt have it active like fully
i think it would take a week for the trades
so count 7 days from the moment you activated it and it should go away

You have to wait 15 days from when you added your mobile Authenticator. That timer ONLY starts when the auth is added.

Removing & re-adding the authenticator AT ANY POINT IN TIME stops & resets this wait. If you wait the 15 days and are thinking "cool, I don't need this here now," and remove the authenticator, the restrictions will be put back on your account.
