The only way to recover him account is via the recovery link I gave you below. He must provide many account information. Only the account owner can know. List all the e-mails that come to you mind that you have ever used, enter the orb's you have, amount of donation, paypal account, etc.
Provide any information regarding his account that you consider relevant and may assist you in recovering it.
