i found a low quality caduceus with +1 to concentration and +1 to blessed hammer is there a way i can get 4 sockets into it?

i dont think you can roll sockets with cube recipe for low quality items

if i use the cube recipe to up it to a normal caduceus does it still have a chance to roll 4 sockets being that it will only be at ilvl 1?

Ilvl 1 Caduceus can only get 3os.

All ilvl 1 items only get 3os max if it's possible for them to roll 3 or more sockets.

iLvl 1 items in general can only get 3os max. Minimum iLvl for 4+ sockets is 26.
