For every d2r game you want to start you have to buy a d2r copy.
You can't start more than one game if you have only one copy.

So my brother that means I must have to buy a second time the game or with the same game I got there is a bug or something which I can make it work to open double Diablo resurrections please explain please via message

There is no "bug"
For the old d2 you needed cdkeys for d2r you need a battletag for each game.
That means: if you want to start 2x d2r you have to buy 2x d2r.
If you want to run 20x d2r you have to buy 20x d2r.

You might be able to open two copies, but you won't connect to bnet which is a requirement to play

You must create a second battle net account and purchase D2R on it to run multiple instances or it will not work.

However, before doing that I would strongly suggest you check how much ram you have (I suggest 16gb MINIMUM, and 32 for better results) - also check your gfx card to make sure your pc can handle the ram upgrade as well as running multiple copies. No point in spending money/time if your system is just going to crash due to inefficiency.

If your pc is able to handle multiple copies then go ahead and proceed with creating second account/purchasing D2R then google "how to run multiple instances of d2r" for a few quick guides on how to set it up - fairly straight forward.
