Someone know something about that queue to join game?

It's a queue. You just wait until it's your turn to get into the server.

Still this same place or if i reach 0 and try to create game i cant join to game i heard all have this problem and there are no issue or info ...

Most likely server issues then. Have you closed the game completely and tried logging in afterwards?
