I am interested in purchasing a guild that’s already made and for sale by owner, in the past I had to communicate this to a mod and would be told if any were available. Thank you! Just hoping to get a better deal by purchasing the pre made guild that already has some amenities

You can get a guild for free you probably just have to pay to change the transfer fee which isn’t much .
