I am making a post for my friend Saumondulac27, he cleaned his browser memory (passwords/history/cookies) so now he's forgotten his password, and when he clicks to send a password recovery email to his email adress, it just never shows in his inbox.
Is there particular mail sites that don't work? Gmail? outlook? which ones work and which ones don't.
What does he have to do in order to recover his account? he's kind of lost at the moment. Thank you for your help.
