Can you still be a bumper if someone had killed baal but not you ancients?

Not Killed Ancients? No. Not killed Baal? Yes.

If you see that your Baal Quest is complete from the Quests menu. Then you cannot complete that quests therefor cannot be a bumper, regardless of ancients complete.
A bumper is a char that has either been rushed on classic and has not been required to kill baal as no Baal exists at this stage, then converts to Load, this means they have the Baal quests open to kill baal as a Bumper when they have the level required for the Baal Quest which I believe is 20 for Normal and 40 for Nightmare

A LoD bumper is someone that has leveles on normal to 40+ and will have those quests open but will need to be rushed nightmare to kill baal for their quest
